Could not asked for better service from the installation personnel. Sean & his partner Joey were very respectful towards us, explanation of work and why, very efficient and continued to clean up as they go. Reasured that the new floor was a much better choice and would last. I would also applaud Mike Alexanian for seeing that we were pleased with the respect we received from Alexanian. I can not forget Grant from the Upper James outlet,continued to help us our floor replacement ,thank you.

If Alexanian was to have installer of the month/year we would vote for Shameen & his team!! With Arsim's help/patience we had an incredible adventure in getting almost all our floors replaced with eng.hardwood, so guys reach around with your right hand & give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done!! Being that I live in the Thornbury area I wondered whether the Barrie store would be interested in my carpet purchase and install. Rob Harris at the Barrie store assured me that they could service my area. He came out to my home, measured and later provided an excellent price with respect to purchase which included upgraded underpad and install. The installers who were a husband and wife couple travelling from Orillia on a snowy day did an impressive job including removing all leftovers and packing. All in all I will give a 5 star rating based on my experience.

We had our upper floor changed to hardwood by Alexanians this week. Their installer, Shameem and his team were able to complete the installation on the same day. They did an excellent job and left the job neat and tidy so we had very little clean up. This is the second time Justin sent us Shameem and they are very professional and customer service oriented.
