Needed an area rug for the living area. I wanted to get a similar one to one we had before (colour). Arsim was very patient and helpful with ordering the rug as well as arranging delivery. He was responsive and provided helpful information even on his days off. I’d definitely seek Arsim’s help in the future for any needs.

We ordered exotic Jatoba from the Burlington store, Arsim was excellent and very professional and helpful, the installation crew headed by Shameem did an awesome job in 1-1/2 day and our home looks new. Thank you guys for a very good job.

We went to Alexanian in Richmond HIll to purchase a staircase runner. Farid Chammas was so friendly and very helpful in advising, informing and assisting us select that we not only purchased a runner but also 2 rugs. Farid kept in touch with us to keep us informed.
