I recently had hardwood installed in my home, and I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Alexanian's, from the initial sales process right through to the completion of the installation. We met with Suresh Dania, who provided us with his experience and advice, enabling us to choose the right product for our needs. At no time was there any pressure in the sales process, it was quite the opposite. He wanted us to be sure of our decision, and was considerate and reassuring. Even after we had completed the installation he reached out to us to ensure that we were happy with the service provided and offered his assistance for anything we required post installation. As for the installation, I feel fortunate that we had Rehan Bhatti and his team working in our house. They were very courteous and considerate, and more importantly, they were extremely professional and efficient. We could not have asked for a better experience. Even the gentleman (I wish I could recall his name) in the warehouse made sure that everything was in order and assisted in getting the correct materials together for us. Very pleased with the New Carpet Installation. Two installers Izzet and Muza who came to do the work were very professional and knowledgeable. They did the work meticulously and efficiently . Completely to my satisfaction. Also the customer service provided by the manager Steve and Mike at head office was excellent. After some initial dissatisfaction on my part they went above and beyond to satisfy me . I am happy with my carpet now . Thank you .

With the tremendous task of removing a vinyl floor, modifying a Marble entry way and installing over various areas, Matt Barrett patiently provided my clients with the perfect solution. The product, a Mammut 12ml oak was not only the correct colour, wearability factor but also the correct height to minimize the various flooring heights.
