They had provided top-notch professional services from selecting the carpet, color, pricing, room measurement, to arranging installation were through and through. Wade and Adel were very accommodating when we had to change from one to two installations as well as making changes to the installation date. Would highly recommend!

The flooring upgrades to my condo were prompted by a flood from above that affected my unit. While waiting for things to settle out with insurance, Arsim and his team provided professional and patient service in making recommendations and quoting for 756 square feet. The result--carpet in the bedroom, vinyl tile in the bathroom, vinyl plank everywhere else--is an exceptional upgrade to my space. Could not asked for better service from the installation personnel. Sean & his partner Joey were very respectful towards us, explanation of work and why, very efficient and continued to clean up as they go. Being that I live in the Thornbury area I wondered whether the Barrie store would be interested in my carpet purchase and install. Rob Harris at the Barrie store assured me that they could service my area. He came out to my home, measured and later provided an excellent price with respect to purchase which included upgraded underpad and install. The installers who were a husband and wife couple travelling from Orillia on a snowy day did an impressive job including removing all leftovers and packing. All in all I will give a 5 star rating based on my experience.
