Well, I have to admit that I was skeptical about buying from Alexanian as I would have typically gone to a smaller retailer. However, we had a very negative experience with the last retailer as the quality of the engineered hardwood was definitely not up to standards and the after market service was non existent. My experience at Alexanian was very positive. The selection of hardwoods was far superior to some of the smaller retailers I have dealt with in the past. Prices are reasonable and I was able to negotiate with the team. Both Imti and Frank were incredible. I hope that someone at corporate reads this review as you have a dedicated team at this location. They were able to secure the inventory and work with my timelines on our custom build. Thank You to Alexanian Richmond Hill. I look forward to including you on our next developments.

I recently needed to replace the carpet in my living room. After going to four different carpet stores and not finding anything I liked (as well as less than enthusiastic sales reps) I stopped in to Alexanian Carpet - Sherwood Branch, London, ON. I was greeted by Krystal Lucas who was extremely friendly and very helpful. She spent a lot of time with me to find just the right carpet. The installers were on time and did a great job. I was thrilled with the whole experience and would recommend Alexanian Carpet without hesitation.

We had our 60 year old hardwood floors replaced with engineered hardwood. The installation team, led by Charlie, was amazing! They were tidy, punctual and the workmanship excellent. Said was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and we are very pleased with the carpet that he helped us choose. The estimated time for receipt and installation of my flooring was spot on. The installers had to arrive from Toronto, so there was a little lag time in their arrival, but it still went smoothly. They did a great job on cleaning up after they were finished. My bedroom only needed a damp mop and my garage floor was swept clean as well. Overall, I am delighted with my new hardwood flooring and couldn’t be more pleased.

From start to finish our experience working with Alexanian Carpet and Flooring was INCREDIBLE!! We would 100% recommend them and will be back for future projects.
