The estimated time for receipt and installation of my flooring was spot on. The installers had to arrive from Toronto, so there was a little lag time in their arrival, but it still went smoothly. They did a great job on cleaning up after they were finished. My bedroom only needed a damp mop and my garage floor was swept clean as well. Overall, I am delighted with my new hardwood flooring and couldn’t be more pleased.

From start to finish our experience working with Alexanian Carpet and Flooring was INCREDIBLE!! We would 100% recommend them and will be back for future projects. Alexanian carpet and flooring review I had hardwood floors installed in my living room and dining room along with new tiles in the hallway in June 2020 by Alexanian Whitby and was very pleased with the work that was done. I had an issue with a few of the hall tiles but Shant handled the situation professionally and the problem was rectified immediately. Because of the great service and the professionalism shown by the manager, Shant, at the Whitby location and his installer Hakan I then proceeded in August to have hardwood floors installed in the master bedroom. The installers were terrific and the workmanship was without fault. In the future when I need more flooring work done I definitely would use Alexanian Whitby again. Burlington store - Appleby Line. Purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring for complete level and carpeting for stairway late 2019. Carpeting laid to perfection. Some issues arose in one area of the vinyl plank flooring which was addressed shortly after the time of original installation. However, the issue was not totally resolved and seemed to deteriorate. I contacted Mr. M Ghazarian ( operations ) and subsequently Mr. Ken Matpan (Appleby Line branch manager ) who came to see us. Ken promptly arranged to have the area reinstalled which was carried out yesterday ( Oct. 14/2020 ) by Mr. Mike Dewar ( installer ) to our satisfaction.
