We went to Alexanian in Richmond HIll to purchase a staircase runner. Farid Chammas was so friendly and very helpful in advising, informing and assisting us select that we not only purchased a runner but also 2 rugs. Farid kept in touch with us to keep us informed. He even delivered one carpet personally. The installation was easy and perfect. We're going back for a couple of other projects. Thanks Farid!

He helped me select a beautiful laminate floor. He communicated with me every step of the way. The installers (Ali) were very professional, personable as well and did a great job. We bought a luxury vinyl flooring product from Alexanian- Guelph/Woodlawn after looking at a variety of alternatives from other retailers. On just appearance alone, the Alexanian product outclassed all others we considered. It also appeared to be a product I could install myself, so we got the planking as well as matching T and reducer transitions. I showed Alexanian's Val my basic floor plan and he assembled the whole package for us which exactly met our needs. Val also checked me out on installation method and required tooling to make sure I knew what I was getting into as I had never installed flooring before. The whole job subsequently went very well, and we are quite proud of the results. I would do it all again. Many thanks to Val and team at the Guelph location.

We have shopped at Alexanians in the past and it was ok .However this time we had the pleasure of dealing with ( Chicago )George . He is an excellent sales person and makes you feel like family .If I had to rate George from 1-10 it would be 15 and I don't feel that is good enough !!! All old carpet removal and new carpet installation was done by Nail and his nephew .We feel the same about them .They were a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job in record time .So the next time we will definitely be asking for them . Thanks again for the great service and great work
