We worked with Arsim at the Appleby Line store in Burlington. Arsim is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Arsim recommended two tradespeople Alexanian use exclusively to install our flooring. One a heated floor tile in the entrance, front hall, powder room and laundry room. The tile was installed by John Bell, he provided complete details regarding the removal of the old flooring and the installation of the new floor. The work was performed expertly, no flaws and a floor that looks amazing. Arsim, recommended a couple of tweaks in the design, which worked perfectly, hence the amazing floor. The Kitchen, Dinning and Living rooms were completed using an Engineered floor in Hickory. A wood Arsim suggested because of a couple of large dogs, two of our children have. The floor was installed impeccably by Nasheem another quality tradesman. Both tradesmen cleaned up all the time, so no concerns or issues with their work. We are delighted with both floors, and I am happy to say, there are no scratches on the floor from the dogs ! Finally, we ordered a new dinning room rug, which was made to order. I purchased laminate from the Castlefield branch a year ago. Arsim Mulaj was the salesperson that handled the sale. He was very knowledgeable and informative as well as accommodating when we needed different delivery dates, after the purchase. This year I needed a few extra boxes and Arsim, who had already moved to a different location (Burlington), could not have been more helpful. He even hand delivered the boxes to the closer location so we could finish our project in a timely manner. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended.

I recently had hardwood installed in my home, and I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Alexanian's, from the initial sales process right through to the completion of the installation. We met with Suresh Dania, who provided us with his experience and advice, enabling us to choose the right product for our needs. At no time was there any pressure in the sales process, it was quite the opposite. He wanted us to be sure of our decision, and was considerate and reassuring. Even after we had completed the installation he reached out to us to ensure that we were happy with the service provided and offered his assistance for anything we required post installation. As for the installation, I feel fortunate that we had Rehan Bhatti and his team working in our house. They were very courteous and considerate, and more importantly, they were extremely professional and efficient. We could not have asked for a better experience. Even the gentleman (I wish I could recall his name) in the warehouse made sure that everything was in order and assisted in getting the correct materials together for us. Needed an area rug for the living area. I wanted to get a similar one to one we had before (colour). Arsim was very patient and helpful with ordering the rug as well as arranging delivery. He was responsive and provided helpful information even on his days off. I’d definitely seek Arsim’s help in the future for any needs.

We ordered exotic Jatoba from the Burlington store, Arsim was excellent and very professional and helpful, the installation crew headed by Shameem did an awesome job in 1-1/2 day and our home looks new. Thank you guys for a very good job.

Cambel and his partner were punctual, courteous and very professional when they installed the carpet. I am very pleased with my Alexanian experience - and delighted with my carpet.

After a few snags which may have actually been my fault, my carpet finally arrived and I absolutely love it. I ordered online without actually seeing it aside from the picture.
