We bought a luxury vinyl flooring product from Alexanian- Guelph/Woodlawn after looking at a variety of alternatives from other retailers. On just appearance alone, the Alexanian product outclassed all others we considered. It also appeared to be a product I could install myself, so we got the planking as well as matching T and reducer transitions. I showed Alexanian's Val my basic floor plan and he assembled the whole package for us which exactly met our needs. Val also checked me out on installation method and required tooling to make sure I knew what I was getting into as I had never installed flooring before. The whole job subsequently went very well, and we are quite proud of the results. I would do it all again. Many thanks to Val and team at the Guelph location.

We have shopped at Alexanians in the past and it was ok .However this time we had the pleasure of dealing with ( Chicago )George . He is an excellent sales person and makes you feel like family .If I had to rate George from 1-10 it would be 15 and I don't feel that is good enough !!! All old carpet removal and new carpet installation was done by Nail and his nephew .We feel the same about them .They were a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job in record time .So the next time we will definitely be asking for them . From the moment I stepped in the door at Alexanians in Whitby, I was helped by a sales rep, Chris Turner, who expertly recommended the flooring we needed. Once we made a decision he took care of everything for us. The scheduling department I was flexible a scheduling. The installation was quick and the team was very friendly and professional. Can't say enough about quality of customer service and installation that we received.

I entered the store on High Tech road in Richmond Hill to browse carpets for my living room. I was greeted with a friendly hello and off I went to start looking through the multitudes of choices. About ten minutes later I was approached by a salesperson, Imtiyaz Kara. I loved that I was given the opportunity to explore on my own. Once he approached I told him what I was looking for and he showed me many possibilities. Then he backed off and let me continue on. I loved this..no high pressure in my face driving me crazy. Once I had questions he returned and he supported me with patience, expertise and fairness. In the end I purchased the carpet and I am thrilled. Well, I have to admit that I was skeptical about buying from Alexanian as I would have typically gone to a smaller retailer. However, we had a very negative experience with the last retailer as the quality of the engineered hardwood was definitely not up to standards and the after market service was non existent. My experience at Alexanian was very positive. The selection of hardwoods was far superior to some of the smaller retailers I have dealt with in the past. Prices are reasonable and I was able to negotiate with the team. Both Imti and Frank were incredible. I hope that someone at corporate reads this review as you have a dedicated team at this location. I recently needed to replace the carpet in my living room. After going to four different carpet stores and not finding anything I liked (as well as less than enthusiastic sales reps) I stopped in to Alexanian Carpet - Sherwood Branch, London, ON. I was greeted by Krystal Lucas who was extremely friendly and very helpful. She spent a lot of time with me to find just the right carpet. The installers were on time and did a great job.
