Once we made a decision he took care of everything for us. The scheduling department I was flexible a scheduling. The installation was quick and the team was very friendly and professional. Can't say enough about quality of customer service and installation that we received.

I entered the store on High Tech road in Richmond Hill to browse carpets for my living room. I was greeted with a friendly hello and off I went to start looking through the multitudes of choices. About ten minutes later I was approached by a salesperson, Imtiyaz Kara. I loved that I was given the opportunity to explore on my own. Once he approached I told him what I was looking for and he showed me many possibilities. Then he backed off and let me continue on. I loved this..no high pressure in my face driving me crazy. Once I had questions he returned and he supported me with patience, expertise and fairness. In the end I purchased the carpet and I am thrilled. Well, I have to admit that I was skeptical about buying from Alexanian as I would have typically gone to a smaller retailer. However, we had a very negative experience with the last retailer as the quality of the engineered hardwood was definitely not up to standards and the after market service was non existent. My experience at Alexanian was very positive. The selection of hardwoods was far superior to some of the smaller retailers I have dealt with in the past. Prices are reasonable and I was able to negotiate with the team. Both Imti and Frank were incredible. I hope that someone at corporate reads this review as you have a dedicated team at this location. They were able to secure the inventory and work with my timelines on our custom build. Thank You to Alexanian Richmond Hill. I look forward to including you on our next developments.

I recently needed to replace the carpet in my living room. After going to four different carpet stores and not finding anything I liked (as well as less than enthusiastic sales reps) I stopped in to Alexanian Carpet - Sherwood Branch, London, ON. I was greeted by Krystal Lucas who was extremely friendly and very helpful. She spent a lot of time with me to find just the right carpet. The installers were on time and did a great job. I was thrilled with the whole experience and would recommend Alexanian Carpet without hesitation.

We had our 60 year old hardwood floors replaced with engineered hardwood. The installation team, led by Charlie, was amazing! They were tidy, punctual and the workmanship excellent.
