Was I satisfied with my experience?

Well, at this moment in time, no. Mike Ghazarian stated he will contact me by the end of the day tomorrow to discuss what went wrong. Further explanation and outcome will be shared at a later time.

installation

I live in St. Catharines Ontario, dealing with the St. Catharines location. Completely unsatisfied. Do not buy from this place, they have carpet, but cannot install it. Also my laminate flooring adjoining the installation, is ruined. Do not trust Alexanian in your home. Crooks. period.

Duraceramic - never again!

After a decade the duraceramic was installed, it started to crack. Unfortunatelly, there is no more of this duraceramic I bought. I trusted the seller’s explanation that it was better than ceramic tiles, especially to keep it warm in the unit. If I had known the headache I would have, done ceramic tiles instead.

Very disappointed!

We did a major reno before moving into our new condo (our forever home) & replaced all the existing flooring with engineered hardwood from Alexanian. Our contractor did a terrific installation job & covered the entire surface with cardboard for the remainder of construction. When it was revealed a month later, we discovered that Alexanian had supplied the WRONG COLOUR. It’s at least 3 shades darker and without any of the graduation in shades of the sample. It’s dark, dreary & shows everything. Their response was to shrug tell me that it is what it is. $12k down the drain. To replace will cost $15-20k since we will need to have it removed, plus all the other extras of floor replacement. And don’t buy the line about refinishing engineered hardwood - it can’t be done on a floating floor, which is the standard installation in a condo. I am beyond disgusted. Lesson learned: STAY CLEAR!
